Winter Update

By popular request, I've finally had a chance to get some pictures on our blogspot. It's been a busy winter with lots of visitors and travel. A quick summary with pictures.

The Leith family converged at Christmas. There are now four cousins on the Leith side (and four on the Fischer side).

Grandpa and Grandma Leith were here through January and were a huge help. I know Madeleine misses Val as a shopping companion as much as I miss Dale's regular trips to the recycle center. We spent a long weekend at Kiawah Island biking. We stopped at Angel Oak on the way home - what an amazing tree. It is estimated to be over 1,600 years old.

We visited Auntie Kate and Steve Brown at the end of January. This was Luke's only chance to play in the snow this season.

Grandpa and Grandma Fischer arrived in early February and found that it wasn't so easy to sleep in when you have a 5 year old in the house. We traveled to the Biltmore House in Asheville, NC over Presiden't Day weekend.

And finally, pictures of Caroline. Her eyes are turning more blue every day. She's smiling and laughing and has become ticklish like her big brother.
